Her level of commitment and dedication shines thru and touches each and every client or participant that Tayva works with , One on one sessions or in a workshop setting, she dissolves all obstacles to create a clear channel that truly inspires and motivates people to achieve greatness, both personally and professionally.
Tayva's career in Coaching/Training started long before she even realized it, growing up as a young girl who always looked at the world and everyone in it with an eye for improvement. Improvement as far as what would it take to enjoy more out of life, be happier and more fulfilled. Sounds like ingredients for success. More than 20 years ago she started studying books in the human potential field which she applied to her life both personally as well as professionally. Tayva worked in corporate America as a Human Resource/Administrative professional for 20 years during which time she received awards for being an outstanding positive employee that brought that positive focus to work with her everyday and inspired other employees to do the same.
After some long research into changing careers Tayva took the leap and received her coaching training from not one but two different highly accredited schools, International Coaching Academy and Coachville School for Coaching.
This was a blend of two styles of coaching to give Tayva a more rounded education. From this her own unique style was formed and Interior Life Designs was born. In 2004 Tayva started coaching individual clients and has now expanded her business into Corporate Coaching, Business Classes and Training and Elite Individual Coaching.
